     Step-by-Step Explanation of Distance Reiki Session:

1. Introduction:  

Welcome to the world of distance Reiki! I'm thrilled to guide you through this powerful healing experience. Distance Reiki allows us to connect energetically, regardless of physical proximity, using a surrogate as a focal point for the energy.

2. Discussion and Intention Setting: 

Before our session, we will have a discussion to understand your specific needs, intentions, and any areas you would like to focus on during the session. This conversation helps me create a personalized and tailored experience for you. We will explore your goals, concerns, and any emotional or physical challenges you may be facing.

3. Surrogate Setup: 

To facilitate the energy transfer, we will use a surrogate object, such as a picture, a doll, or any other object you feel connected to. This surrogate will represent you during the session and act as a focal point for the Reiki energy. You can choose an object that resonates with you or simply provide me with a photo of yourself.

4. Creating a Sacred Space: 

It's important to find a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax and be undisturbed during the session. You can set up a cozy corner, light candles, and put on some meditation music if you wish. If you don't have any meditation music, I'm happy to send you a meditation MP3 file to enhance your experience. This space becomes a sanctuary for your healing journey.

5. Starting the Session: 

Once your appointed time has come, we will begin the distance Reiki session. Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and take a few deep breaths to center yourself. This would be the time to relax and start any meditation music you may have chosen.

6. Opening Meditation: 

I will begin with a brief opening meditation to quiet the mind and establish a connection. I will also use my carefully chosen divination tool such as a pendulum to hold over the chakra areas to see if there is any areas that I can intuitively help you release any tension or stress and allow you to enter a state of receptivity.

7. Energy Channeling: 

Using visualization and intention, I will direct the Reiki energy towards the surrogate object. I will visualize the energy flowing through the surrogate and reaching you, connecting us energetically. Distance is not a barrier for the healing energy, and it will flow effortlessly to where it is needed.

8. Sensations and Observations: 

During the session, you may experience various sensations, such as warmth, tingling, a deep sense of relaxation, or even falling asleep. It's important to note that everyone's experience is unique, and some individuals may not feel any specific sensations at all. Rest assured that all of these experiences, or lack thereof, are normal and okay. Trust your own experience and allow yourself to be open to whatever arises.

9. Duration: 

The duration of the session will depend on our agreed-upon timeframe, typically ranging from 30 to 60 minutes. It is important to honor this dedicated time for your healing and well-being. 

10. Closing the Session: 

Towards the end of the session, I will gently guide the energy to a close. I will thank the Reiki energy, express gratitude for the healing it has provided, and disconnect the energetic connection. Take a few moments to rest and integrate the energy before slowly returning to a fully awake state.

11. Follow-up Appointment: 

After the session, we will schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss any insights, sensations, or experiences you had during the session. This feedback allows us to deepen your understanding of the healing process and address any questions or concerns that may arise.

12. Additional Guidance: 

I will provide you with additional guidance and suggestions to support your ongoing healing process. This may include self-care practices, affirmations, or recommendations for further exploration. Remember, Reiki is a complementary practice and does not replace professional medical or psychological care. If you have any health concerns, it's essential to consult a healthcare professional.
